SBI Fellow Nomination Process

Criteria

Achievement of 100 or more points, with a minimum of 40 points in the category of Publications
Nominations must be supported by two (2) current fellows in the Society
The nominee must be an SBI general member for a minimum of one year.
You must be present at an SBI Fellows meeting to become a Fellow

Instructions

Please complete the form completely, including all three worksheets of the excel document
Attach an electronic copy of your current CV
Attach PDF copies of the publications cited on Publication Sheet of this document
Send the packet electronically to the Sponsoring SBI Fellow for their review, signature and letter of support. The supporting fellow must review the points listed and if approved, forward the entire packet to the SBI office.
Request the second SBI Fellow send their letter of support directly to the SBI office via email.
Send all materials to: sbi@acr.org. Please use the subject: SBI Fellow Nomination for insert name.

The Society of Breast Imaging is a professional medical organization dedicated to improve the practice of breast imaging, the quality of medical education in breast imaging and to provide a medium for the exchange of ideas among those involved in breast imaging.
