Summer 2024 Live Webinar: Pediatric and Adolescent Breast Disease: Imaging & Management
Asha Bhatt, MD
Pediatric breast imaging cases can be challenging for radiologist, trainees and even technologists. Breast masses in children and adolescents are uncommon, and the spectrum of pediatric breast masses is predominantly benign which is different when compared to adult cases. However, there is a lack of formal training when evaluating breast cases of this younger population. This webinar will help attendees better understand the imaging features of the various stages of normal development and review a multitude of mass forming lesions in the pediatric and adolescent breast. It will also enable the attendees to recognize appropriate management, treatment and follow up for certain complex cases.
