Professional Bio
Vernon oversees all daily membership operations. This includes monitoring membership workflows, ensuring timely responses to member inquiries, and the execution of recruitment and retention campaigns. Vernon also helps to develop recruitment, retention, and engagement initiatives, including preparing and analyzing membership reports and industry data.
He also plays a pivotal role in enhancing the member experience by supporting related committees and projects aimed at increasing member engagement. In this role works closely with various committee leadership to develop initiatives that enhance member involvement and engagement through volunteer opportunities.
Vernon has worked in the association profession for 20+ years with professional associations such as American Society of Association Executives (ASAE), American Chiropractic Association (ACA) and American Society of Addiction Medicine (ASAM). He is currently pursuing to earn his Certified Association Executive (CAE) certification.
In his personal time, he enjoys playing music, watching sports and teaching Taekwondo, for he is currently a 4th Degree Black Belt Master.
