The Society of Breast Imaging invites you to the 2025 Breast Imaging Symposium at The Broadmoor in Colorado Springs. Join us in celebrating SBI’s 40th anniversary with exceptional education, scientific updates, networking, and practical sessions.
Thursday: SBI: 40 Then. 40 Now. And So Much More
Focus on screening advancements, supplemental screening, case-based challenges, MRI protocols, and “Cancel that Biopsy.”
Friday: Breast Health is a Team Sport
Updates from Pathology, Surgery, Oncology, and Radiation. Sessions on high-risk lesions, CEM, the axilla, and balancing volume, quality, and access.
Saturday: The Future of Breast Radiology is Now
AI debate, scientific abstracts, Trainee and Early Career tracks, BI-RADS 3 chat, cryoablation, and a Resident & Fellow Case Competition.
Sunday: The Rules of Breast Radiology
BI-RADS Atlas insights, case solutions, and a Family Feud-style session.
A full day of instruction in Contrast Enhanced Mammography will be offered on Wednesday as a pre-course before the official start of the Symposium, for an additional fee. Registrants will learn how to establish a CEM program and interpret the examinations via a 60 case study.
Due to a record number of submissions for the 2024 program, the 2025 Scientific Program has been expanded from three to five sessions. This expansion allows us to accommodate the highest quality breast imaging research, which will be presented on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday afternoons.
The Symposium has something for everyone – trainees and seasoned veterans, basic principles and cutting-edge research, private practice and academics, specialists and generalists. As an added highlight, the Symposium offers a unique opportunity to network and reconnect with colleagues from across the globe. We’re excited to bring back the popular Talent Show on Thursday, designed to break the ice in a fun and engaging way. Additionally, on Saturday, we’ll host a special reception for Trainee and Early Career breast radiologists. On Friday, join us for the President’s Dinner as we commemorate 40 years of the Society of Breast Imaging with a celebratory evening.

Education Credit (CME, CE, CoP): In order to successfully complete the activity, participants must attend the in-person meeting, complete an activity evaluation, and claim credit commensurate with their participation in the activity.
Cancelation Policy: Full refunds, less a $150 administrative fee, will be given provided that written notification of cancelation is received before or on March 24, 2025. No refunds will be given for cancelation after this date. SBI President's Dinner tickets are non-refundable, but transferable.
Photography and Filming: Professional photographs, audio, and video will be captured during the Symposium. Attendees hereby grant SBI and its representatives permission to photograph and/or record them at the conference, and distribute (both now and in the future) the attendee’s image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions, and audiotapes of such events and activities.
